We are more than just an online gaming platform. kiss89 is a digital entertainment community built with one core goal – to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience to every player across Malaysia.
Ask any regular kiss89 player and they will likely tell you that this platform feels different from the rest. And that has been our intention from the very beginning. kiss89 was not born as a purely commercial project – it was founded on a deep understanding of what Malaysian players truly seek in their online entertainment experience.
From day one, we have focused on three core principles: uncompromising security, genuinely fair gameplay, and an enjoyable user experience free of unnecessary complexity. These three principles are at the heart of every decision we make — from user interface design to the selection of game providers and payment systems.
Kiss89 was founded by a group of industry professionals with extensive experience in the online entertainment world across Southeast Asia. Years in the industry have given us a unique perspective — we know exactly what works, what doesn't, and more importantly, what truly matters to players.
We noticed that many Malaysian players frequently encounter the same problems with existing platforms: slow and cumbersome deposit and withdrawal processes, unresponsive customer support, and interfaces that are difficult to use on mobile. These are the exact pain points that led to the founding of kiss89 – a platform genuinely designed with the local player in mind.
Kiss89's mission is simple: to be the most trusted and most loved online entertainment platform by Malaysian players. We want to be the place where players can relax, have fun, and test their luck with full confidence – without having to worry about the safety of their funds or the fairness of the games they join.
Our vision goes further — we want to reshape how Malaysians perceive and experience online entertainment. We believe this industry can be run with greater transparency, greater responsibility, and greater benefit to players. And that is exactly what we do every day through kiss89.
As a platform established specifically for the Malaysian market, we deeply understand the needs and preferences of local players. This is not just talk — it is reflected in every aspect of our platform.
Our payment system, for example, is fully integrated with popular Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers to all major local banks. Deposits are credited in under 3 minutes, while withdrawals are processed with high priority by our finance team.
The kiss89 platform interface is available in both Bahasa Melayu and English, ensuring all players can navigate with ease and without any language barriers. Our customer support team also operates in both languages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At kiss89, security is not a marketing slogan – it is how we operate. Every ringgit you deposit, every piece of personal information you share, and every wager you place is protected by a multi-layered security system we have built and maintain with absolute dedication.
The kiss89 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, ensuring all data transmitted between your device and our servers is fully encrypted. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to add an extra layer of protection to your account.
